DECLARATION
of 12 January 2009
amending Decree No. 6 / 1991 of the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic Coll., on the establishment of the state nature reserves of Borek near Velhartic, Four Cane, Kralický Snežník, Rejzviz, In peat and their protection zones and on the establishment of the state natural reserves of the Buká hill, Holina, Kokšín, Lopata, Lipa, Tromanská Rocks, Habřová seche, Žákova hora, Pradad, Dry hill and Deer bučina, as amended
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 90 (12) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended:
Decree No. 6 / 1991 Coll., on the establishment of the state nature reserves of Borek near Velhartic, Four Cane, Kralický Snežnik, Rejviz, In the peat and their protection zones and on the establishment of the state natural reserves of the Buká hill, Holina, Kokšín, Lopata, Lipa, Tríman rocks, Habrová sech, Žákova hora, Pradad, Dry hill and Deer's beech, as amended by Decree No. 395 / 1992 Coll., Decree No. 432 / 2000 Coll. and Decree No. 266 / 2007 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In the title of the decree, the word "Holina," is deleted.
2. In Paragraph 1 (1), the word "Holina," is deleted.
3. in Article 1 (3), point (g) shall be deleted and points (h) to (o) shall be renumbered as points (g) to (n).
4. Annex No 7 is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 2009.
