amending Government Regulation No 268 / 2005 Coll., establishing the assessment basis for 2006 for the person for whom the general health insurance premium is paid by the State
The Government orders pursuant to § 3c (2) of Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., on Insurance for General Health Insurance, as amended by Act No. 138 / 2001 Coll.:
In Section 1 of the Decree of the Government No. 268 / 2005 Coll., establishing the assessment basis for the year 2006 for the person for whom the general health insurance insurance is paid, the amount "CZK 3,798" is replaced by "CZK 4,144."
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 2006.
