THE LAW

of 5 April 1978

amending and supplementing the Law on the Organisation of Courts and the Election of Judges, the Law on the Prosecutor, the Criminal Code and the notarial Order

The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:

Čl. II

Act No. 60 / 1965 Coll., on the Prosecutor's Office, as amended (complete version No. 20 / 1970 Coll.) is amended as follows:

1. The third sentence of Paragraph 30 (1) reads as follows:

"In the territory of the capital of the Slovak Socialist Republic of Bratislava, the district prosecutor's office is performed by the district prosecutor's office in Bratislava and the district prosecutor's office is performed by the district prosecutor's office."

2. In the third sentence of Paragraph 36 (1), the following shall be inserted after the words "Regional Prosecutor's Office ':

3. In Article 36 (2), the words', the City Prosecutor in Bratislava 'shall be inserted after the words' the City Prosecutor in Prague 'and the words' the City Prosecutor in Bratislava 'shall be inserted'.

4. In the first and second sentences of Paragraph 48 (1), the words', the City Prosecutor in Bratislava 'shall be inserted after the words' the City Prosecutor in Prague '.

Čl. III

Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll., on Criminal Procedure of the Court (Criminal Code), as amended (complete version No. 148 / 1973 Coll.), is added as follows:

1. In Article 12 (3), in the part of the sentence behind the semicolon, the words "and the Municipal Court in Bratislava 'shall be inserted after the words" Municipal Court in Prague'.

2. In Article 12 (4), in the part of the sentence behind the semicolon, the words "and the City Prosecutor in Bratislava 'shall be inserted after the words" City Prosecutor in Prague'.

Čl. IV

The Act No. 95 / 1963 Coll., on State Notarianism and Proceedings before the State Notarianism (Notary Order), as amended by Act No. 158 / 1969 Coll., is added as follows:

In Article 5 (1), in the part of the sentence after the semicolon, the words "and in the capital of the Slovak Socialist Republic of Bratislava 'shall be inserted after the words" in the capital of Prague'.

This Act shall take effect on 1 July 1978.
