DECLARATION
Ministry of Forestry and Water Management of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 27 February 1975
concerning water and sewage connections which are considered as water works
The Ministry of Forestry and Water Management of the Czech Socialist Republic, in agreement with the Ministry of Construction and Technology of the Czech Socialist Republic, provides pursuant to § 38 paragraph 2 of Act No. 138 / 1973 Coll., on the waters:
Water connections
Water supply connections from public pipelines shall be considered as water works:
(a) to supply water to industrial or agricultural production sites;
(b) supplying water to a group of objects where their supply requires the construction of their own distribution lines system;
(c) to objects for which a water pressure amplification device is built (hydrophone station, etc.),
(d) if the connection is more than 100 m and serves for the supply of water in a daily average quantity greater than 0,5 l / sec.
Sewer connections
Water works shall be regarded as connections to public sewerage:
(a) to discharge waste water from industrial or agricultural production sites;
(b) draining waste water from a group of objects where their draining requires the construction of its own sewer network;
(c) for discharges of waste water which require prior cleaning to comply with the maximum permitted level of pollution and may be discharged into the public sewerage network only with the permission of the water authority;
(d) if the connection is more than 100 m and its clearance is greater than 20 cm.
Initial efficacy
This decree shall take effect on 1 April 1975.
