repealing Decree No. 99 / 1964 Coll., implementing the Motor Vehicle Tax Act
The Federal Ministry of Finance, in agreement with the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Socialist Republic, provides pursuant to Section 14 of Act No. 98 / 1964 Coll., on Motor Vehicle Tax:
They shall be deleted:
(a) Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 99 / 1964 Coll., implementing the Motor Vehicle Tax Act;
(b) Finance Ministry Directive No 153 / 72 500 / 1964 of 21 December 1964 on the processing of exemption and exemption applications for motor vehicle tax registered in the Collection of Laws No 14 / 1965, as amended by the Regulations amending it and supplementing it (1))
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1974.
