THE LAW
of 5 April 1967
on the establishment and competence of the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
(1) The Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition is hereby established.
(2) The Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Food Industry and the Central Administration of the Purchase of Agricultural Products are hereby repealed. their jurisdiction under the laws and regulations of the Government shall be transferred to the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition.
The representative of the Slovak National Council is active in the field of state administration of agriculture and nutrition.
Paragraph 15 of Law No 1 / 1967 Coll., on changes in the organisation and scope of certain central authorities is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (c) reads as follows: "in agriculture and nutrition,"
2. Paragraph 1 (i) shall be deleted.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
