on the Protocol on certain amendments to the Convention on International Civil Aviation and the Protocol amending the Convention on International Civil Aviation, drawn up in Montreal on 14 June 1954.
Following the resolution of the Eighth Meeting of the Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organisation, a Protocol on certain amendments to the Convention on International Civil Aviation and the Protocol amending the Convention on International Civil Aviation were drawn up in Montreal on 14 June 1954.
The protocols were ratified by the President of the Republic on 11 February 1957 and the instrument of ratification was deposited with the International Civil Aviation Organisation on 21 February 1957. The Protocols have become effective on the same day for the Czechoslovak Republic.
In addition to the Czechoslovak Republic, the following countries are bound to date: Afghanistan, Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Bolivia, Ceylon, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Ethiopia, Philippines, Finland, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Ireland, Iceland, Japan, South Africa Union, Canada, Laos, Libya, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Pakistan, Portugal, Austria, Greece, United States of America, Syria, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Great Britannia, Venezuela; The protocols were also ratified by the Kuomintan authorities on Tajvana.
Pending the wording of the Protocol on certain amendments to the Convention on International Civil Aviation and the Protocol amending the Convention on International Civil Aviation, drawn up on 14 June 1954, may be consulted in the archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
