Government Regulation
of 10 June 1955
on the flag of vessels of the armed forces of the Czechoslovak Republic.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to Section 3 of Act No. 252 / 1920 Coll., which issues provisions on the State flag, the State signs and the State seals:
§ 1.
(1) Vessels of the armed forces of the Czechoslovak Republic bear a flag consisting of the lower field of the red and the upper white, between which is inserted from the mast to the centre of the blue wedge; In the upper corner of the flag at the mast is a lion of a small state emblem in a red five-pointed star.
(2) The ratio of the dimensions of this flag is set out in the Annex hereto.
§ 2.
Government Decree No. 123 / 1930 Coll., on the flag of military vessels of the Czechoslovak Republic, is hereby repealed.
§ 3.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1955; they shall be carried out by national defence and interior ministers.
