Government Regulation
of 1 July 1952
repealing the Czechoslovak clearing house.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 paragraph 1 of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation of Public Administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
§ 1.
The Czechoslovak clearing house, established by the Government Order No. 264 / 1922 Coll., on the Czechoslovak clearing house for receivables and liabilities in the crowns of Austrian-Hungarian, is hereby repealed. His rights and obligations are transferred to the Monetary Liquidation Fund.
§ 2.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance.
