Government Regulation
of 12 March 1948
amending and supplementing the implementing provisions on punk fees.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to § 3, § 2 and § 26, § 3 of the Law of 16 December 1927, No 2 Coll. of 1928, on the purity and punk control of platinum, gold and silver goods (punk law), as amended by it changing and supplementing:
Packing fees for platinum, gold and silver goods.
(1) The following control fees shall be levied for the official testing and labelling of platinum, gold and silver goods, both domestically produced and imported:

| u zboží stříbrného | Kčs | 80.–, |
per kg gross weight of goods.
(2) A handling fee of 10 pennies shall also be levied for each individual piece of goods marked with an official mark.
Packing fees for goods containing 250 / 1000 gold.
An official examination and labelling of goods containing 250 / 1000 gold, both domestic and foreign, shall be subject to a control fee of 150 CZK per kg gross weight of goods and a handling fee of 10 pennies for each separate piece marked with an official mark.
Transitional and final provisions.
The provisions of Sections 2 and 9 of the Decree of 20 December 1928, No 215 Coll., implementing the punk law and establishing the beginning of its effectiveness, as amended, are hereby repealed.
Punctuation fees levied in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian States since 1 January 1946 for goods referred to in § 1 at the amount specified therein and for goods referred to in § 2 at the rate of 200 CZK for 1 kg gross weight of goods shall be deemed to be legitimately selected.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the month following its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister of Industry in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
