Government Regulation
of 10 July 1945
to increase the state contribution of the dependant.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to Article I, Section 2, the measures of the Standing Committee of 11 October 1938, No 227 Coll., amending and supplementing the provisions on the State contribution to maintenance:
(1) The State maintenance allowance provided for in Article I, § 1, paragraph 1 of the measure of the Standing Committee No 227 / 1938 Coll., is increased and amounts to:
| a) pro osobu, která v domácnosti zastupuje k vojenské službě povolaného, | 20 K, |
| b) pro ostatní oprávněné | 10 K. |
(2) A household representative shall be considered to be a wife who lives with the household, otherwise - and on the same condition - the oldest of the persons entitled to the maintenance allowance.
(3) Paragraph 3, paragraph 5 of the Act of 23 September 1919, No 530 Coll., on the State aid for maintenance, as amended by Article I, § 1, paragraph 2 of the Standing Committee measure 227 / 1938 Coll., is deleted.
This Regulation applies only in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries, takes effect on the day of its publication and also applies from 1 May 1945; they shall be implemented by the Home Secretary in agreement with the National Defence and Finance Ministers.
