GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 September 2022
amending, for the purposes of the housing allowance from State social aid for the period up to 31 December 2022, the amounts of the increase in monthly standard housing costs and amending Government Regulation No 595 / 2006 Coll., on the method of calculating the basic amount which may not be deducted from the monthly wage in the execution of the decision and determining the amount above which the wage is subject to haircuts without limitation (the Regulation on non-refundable amounts), as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 26a (4) of Act No. 117 / 1995 Coll., on State Social Support, as amended by Act No. 17 / 2022 Coll., ("the Act '), and under § 278 of Act No. 99 / 1963 Coll., Civil Code, as amended by Act No. 133 / 1982 Coll., Act No. 519 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 24 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 396 / 2012 Coll.:
AMOUNT OF THE AMOUNT OF AMOUNT OF MONTHLY NORMATIC COSTS
For the period up to 31 December 2022, the amounts of the monthly standard housing costs set out in Section 26a (2) of the Act shall be increased for:
(a) housing in apartments used under a lease or lease contract

Paragraph 1 shall apply for the first time to determine the housing allowance for October 2022.
Amendment of the Government Decree on non-commensurate amounts
In Article 4 of Decree-Law No 595 / 2006 Coll., on the method of calculating the basic amount which must not be deducted from the monthly salary in the enforcement process and on determining the amount above which the salary is subject to deductions without limitation (the Regulation on non-commensurate amounts), the present text is renumbered as paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) In order to calculate the basic amount which may not be deducted from the monthly wage in the enforcement of the decision or to determine the amount over which the remainder of the net wage calculated in accordance with the first sentence of Paragraph 279 (1) of the First Civil Code will be deducted without limitation, only half of the amount laid down in the Government Decree issued in accordance with Section 26a (4) of the State Social Aid Act shall be used. '.
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2022.
