on the declaration of certain cultural monuments symbolizing efforts and the fight for freedom and democracy in the Czech Republic for national cultural monuments
The Government orders pursuant to § 4 (1) of Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Monument Care:
Declaration of some cultural monuments symbolizing efforts and the fight for freedom and democracy in the Czech Republic for national cultural monuments
(1) The following cultural monuments are declared national cultural monuments:
a) in the capital of Prague
1. Church of St. Cyril and Methodius in Ressloda street in Prague,
2. Head College in Prague,
3. Czechoslovak Radio Building in Prague,
4. The tomb of Jan Palach at Olšanské Cemetery in Prague,
b) in the Central Bohemian region of the tomb T. G. Masaryk in the cemetery in Lány,
(c) in the Pardubice district of Castle in Pardubice - Larisch's villa,
d) in the Moravian-Silesian region of the tomb of Jan Zajej in the cemetery in Vítkov.
(2) The location, description and spatial identification of the national cultural monuments referred to in paragraph 1 are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Providing protection of national cultural monuments
The extent of the built-up areas, the shape of the terrain and, where appropriate, the height level and composition of the building shall not change if the cultural value of the national cultural monument is damaged.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
