DECLARATION
of 19 October 2015
amending Decree No 72 / 1988 Coll., on the use of explosives, as amended
According to § 27 (6) of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration, as amended:
Decree No. 72 / 1988 Coll., on the Use of Explosives, as amended by Decree No. 173 / 1992 Coll., Decree No. 340 / 1992 Coll., Decree No. 99 / 1995 Coll., Decree No. 341 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 338 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 298 / 2005 Coll. and Decree No. 199 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 23 (d) is deleted.
Points (e) to (l) shall be renumbered (d) to (k).
2. In Paragraph 27 (3), the words "and, in the case of fireworks, the leading fireworks launcher 'are deleted.
3. In Article 27 (4), the words "or fireworks launchers' are deleted.
4. In Part Three, Title Three, Part One, the heading of the section of the third word "fireworks launcher," is deleted.
5. Paragraph 40a shall be deleted, including the title.
6. Paragraph 42 (3) is deleted.
7. In Paragraph 43 (1), the words "fireworks launchers' are deleted.
8. In Paragraph 44 (1), the words "and fireworks detonator authorisations and licences' are deleted.
9. In Article 44 (2), the words "and fireworks launchers' are deleted.
10. Paragraph 44 (4), including footnote 10a, is deleted.
11. In Part Three, Title Four, including the title, is deleted.
12. Paragraph 180a shall be deleted, including the title and the notes under line 16a.
13. in Paragraph 181 (3), the words "fireworks" are deleted.
This Decree was notified in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015 / 1535 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 September 2015 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical and information society services.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 15 November 2015.
