on the declaration of the secondary (local) railway Ostrava-Karvinná for the small track.
Under Section 5, paragraph 5 of the Act of 20 May 1937, No. 86 Coll., on Railways (Railway Act), I declare:
The Ministry of Transport, as a railway administration, has previously requested a resolution from the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic pursuant to § 5, § 4 of the Railway Act, that the side (local) railway Ostrava-Karvinná belongs with effect from 5 May 1945 to the group of runways.
