GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 September 2023
on the amount of the assessment basis for public health insurance premiums paid by the State for 2024
The Government hereby orders pursuant to § 3c (2) of Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., on Insurance against Public Health Insurance, as amended by Act No. 260 / 2022 Coll.:
For 2024, the assessment basis for insurance premiums paid by the State for the person for whom, under the law governing public health insurance, the State is the payer, is set at CZK 15 440 per calendar month.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
