DECLARATION
of 29 October 2019
amending and repealing certain legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to Article 19 (2) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the Establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 173 / 1989 Coll., Act No. 288 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 23 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 167 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 162 / 2003 Coll., and Act No. 71 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 76 / 2017 Coll.
The Decree of the Regional National Committee in Vyškov of 8 November 1990 setting up the protected natural creations of Windowners, Chefs, Malhotky, Hashka, Bumps, Visegrout, Freezer wedge, Mechovková reef, Clovatková reef, In gastropods, Boddalis lípa and Pustimerské lípa are amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (1), the words "Winches," and "Little Ones," are deleted.
2. in Article 1 (2), points (a) and (c) are deleted;
The Decree of the Regional Office of Pelhřimov of 27 February 1992 on protected natural works is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1, entry 9 "Jankovské potok - naturally mediating flow of Jankovské potok accompanied by more or less natural communities of meadow and peat vegetation. Significant site of a critically endangered species. It is also significant from a water-related point of view. It starts with a European divorce. Catastral territory Výstná, Mind, Zachotín, Jankov, Young March and Old March. 'is deleted.
Article 2 shall be deleted;
3. In Annex No 2, entry 9 "Jankovsky stream 'is deleted.
Repeal
They shall be deleted:
1. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts of 26 July 1951 No 99.260 / 51-IV / 5 establishing the State Natural Reservation "Windbreaker."
2. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Art of 14 August 1951 No 100.585 / 51-IV / 5 establishing the State Natural Reservation "Chamber Heights."
3. Decree of the Ministry of Culture of 4 July 1956 No 17.510 / 55 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Chejlava."
4. Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 29 October 1969 No 10.752 / 69-II / 2 establishing the State Nature Reserve "Skukáčák."
5. Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 20 November 1969 No 3.909 / 69-II / 2 establishing the State Nature Reserve "Hnevošický grove."
6. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 29 December 1973 No. 16.435 / 73 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "nad Dolské mlým," kat. zát. zemětová, settlement Kamenická stráž, the district of Decín, the region of North Bohemia.
7. Ordinance of the District Office of Hodonín of 31 January 1992 on the establishment of the Protected Natural Creation of "Výté sands."
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 December 2019.
