DECLARATION
of 6 September 2013
implementing certain provisions of the Integrated Prevention Act
According to Section 47 of Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., on Integrated Pollution Prevention and Restriction, on Integrated Pollution Register and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Integrated Prevention Act), as amended by Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 25 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 69 / 2013 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of § 4 (3), § 4a (2), § 14 (5) and § 16a (4) of the Act:
Subject matter
This decree implements the relevant provisions of the European Union1) and provides
(a) a model application for an integrated authorisation (hereinafter referred to as "the application"), the scope and the manner in which it is completed;
(b) details of the basic report;
(c) the details of the content of the expert assessment to grant an exemption from the emission levels associated with the best available techniques (hereinafter referred to as "expert assessment");
(d) a model report on compliance with the conditions of the integrated permit.
Model of application, scope and method of completion
The model of the application, the manner and extent of its completion are set out in Annex 1 to this Order.
Basic report
The elements of the basic report are set out in Annex 2 to this Decree.
Expert assessment
The elements of the content of the expert assessment are set out in Annex 3 to this Decree.
Model report on compliance with the conditions of the integrated permit
The model of the report on compliance with the conditions of the integrated authorisation is set out in Annex 4 to this Decree.
Repeal
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree No 554 / 2002 Coll., laying down a model for the application for an integrated authorisation, the scope and the manner in which it is completed.
2. Decree No 363 / 2010 Coll., amending Decree No 554 / 2002 Coll., laying down a model application for an integrated authorisation, the scope and the manner in which it is to be completed.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
