amending Act No. 86 / 2002 Coll., on Air Protection and amending certain other laws (Air Protection Act), as amended, and Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Road Act
In Section 20a of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended by Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll., paragraph 3 is added, including footnote 11i:
"(3) In the case of a warning signal or a regulation signal for PM10 suspended particles under special legislation 11i), it is possible to use selected sections of infrastructure provided for by special legislation11i) without charging until the relevant signal is called up.
11i) Decree No 553 / 2002 Coll., laying down the values of the specific limit of imitation pollutants, the central regulatory order and the manner in which it is to be operated, including the list of stationary sources subject to regulation, the principles for the development and operation of regional and local regulatory regulations and the manner and extent of disclosure of information on the level of air pollution to the public, as amended. ';
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
