GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 29 September 2010
amending Government Regulation No. 278 / 2008 Coll., on contents of individual trades
The Government mandates pursuant to Section 73a of Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Act), as amended by Act No. 130 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 155 / 2010 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 278 / 2008 Coll., on contents of individual trades, is amended as follows:
1. in § 1 (d), the word "disciplines" shall be inserted after the word "individual."
2. In Annex No 1 Content content of the trade in crafts in the trade "Galvanizerism, enamelling 'in the column Content content of the trade in the first paragraph at the end of the sentence of the first, the words" and heat and plasma spraying of metallic and non-metallic materials' are deleted and in the second paragraph at the end of the sentence of the first, the words "and heat or plasma spraying of metallic and non-metallic materials' are added.
3. In Annex No 1 The content content of the trade in crafts in the trade "Jewelry and Jewelry 'in the column Content content of the trade in the first sentence of the third paragraph, the words" and cleaning' shall be inserted after the words "surface treatment '.
4. In Annex No 1 Content content of trade trades in the trade "Installation, repair, revision and testing of electrical equipment ', in the column Content content content of the trade, the text reads:
"Installation, repair, revision and testing of dedicated electrical equipment intended for the production, conversion, transmission, distribution and collection of electricity (in particular power stations, transformation stations, distribution stations, traction lines, power distribution, power supply and switching stations and fixed electrical traction devices), electrical installation (in particular the implementation, assembly supervision and verification of the proposed systems, networks, circuits and installations) and equipment intended to protect against the effects of atmospheric or static electricity (lightning and overvoltage protection devices). 5. 6. 7. In Annex No 1, in the part "CONTENTS ', the column" Page' is deleted.
8. In Annex 2, the content of the trades linked to the trade "Geological work 'in the column Content content of the trade" reinsurance' is replaced by "survey '.
9. In Annex No 2 Content content of trades linked to the trade "Implementation of buildings, their changes and disposal 'in the column Content content of the trade sentence of the second sentence, the words" or bound' are deleted.
10. In Annex 2 The content of trade-related trades "Activity of accountants, keeping of accounts, keeping of tax records' is added as follows:
"Provision or brokering of consumer credit"
and in the column Content content of the trade the text reads:
"Activities related to the provision or promise of a consumer credit which means deferred payments, loans, loans or other similar financial services to the consumer by a creditor or intermediary under the Consumer Credit Act. ';
11. In Annex 2, under the heading "CONTENTS ', in the column" Lifestyle linked', the following shall be added to the trade "Activities of accounting advisors, keeping accounts, keeping tax records' and the column" Party '.
12. In Annex 3, Content content content of trades licensed for the business of "Security of property and persons and services of private detectives', the words" and services of private detectives' are deleted and in the column Content content of trade the text is deleted:
"The provision of services related to the security and protection of immovable and movable property, the security of the transport of money and their processing, valuables or other property, the protection of persons, the provision of order at the premises of public assembly, festivities, sports or folk entertainment, as instructed by the client, the assessment of security risks and the operation of central protection counters. ';
13. In Annex 3 The following shall be added to the content of the trade concessions:
"Private Detectives Services"
and in the column Content content of the trade the text reads:
"Services related to the search for property and persons, the detection of facts which may serve as evidence, the acquisition of information relating to natural or legal persons or their property regimes, the acquisition of information in connection with the recovery of claims, the search for and the evaluation of infringements which threaten business secrets. ';
14. In Annex 3, under the heading "CONTENTS ', in the column" Trade in property and persons and services of private detectives', the trade in "Security of property and persons' is replaced by" Security of property and persons', the new trade in "Private Detectives' is inserted and the column" Party 'is deleted.
15. The heading of Annex No 4 reads as follows: "Content content of the trade free by field of activity."
16. In Annex 4 The content content of the business free from each branch of activity is replaced by "Activity 'and" Content content of activity' is replaced by "Content content of activity '.
17. in Annex 4 Content content content free by field of activity "27. 22. In Annex 4, in the part "CONTENTS ', the title of the column" Business activities free' is replaced by the heading "Business activities free 'and the column" Page' is deleted.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2011.
