of 16 June 2005
amending Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended
Parliament of the Czech Republic has decided on this law:

Amendment to the Police Act of the Czech Republic

1. Footnote No 19a reads:
"19a) § 88 and § 158d (2) and (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure."
2. Paragraph 53a (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The inspection referred to in paragraph 1 shall be carried out by the inspection authority in the relevant police services after prior notification by the Minister. The Minister shall submit to the supervisory authority at least twice a year, and at his request, the information required on the use of the funds referred to in paragraph 1. This shall be without prejudice to the right of the supervisory authority to request information and to participate in the proceedings of the supervisory authority from other persons. ';

This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
