GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 July 2001
amending Government Regulation No 81 / 2001 Coll., laying down the conditions and principles governing the promotion of exports of bovine animals for slaughter and of beef derived therefrom, as amended by Government Regulation No 90 / 2001 Coll.
The Government hereby orders pursuant to § 12 (1) to implement § 1 (2) (c) of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and amending certain other laws (Act on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund):
Government Regulation No 81 / 2001 Coll., laying down the conditions and principles governing the promotion of exports of bovine animals and of bovine animals produced therefrom, as amended by Government Regulation No 90 / 2001 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), "points 2 and 3 'are replaced by" points 2 to 5'.
2. in Article 1 (2) (a), the words "on the basis of the possibility of placing the quantities of bovine animals for slaughter referred to in point (b)" shall be replaced by the words "taking into account the expected balance sheet surplus of bovine animals for slaughter on the market in the Czech Republic and the possibilities for placing them."
3. in Article 1 (2), point (b) is deleted;
Points (c) to (f) shall be renumbered (b) to (e).
4. in Article 1 (2) (e), the words "bovine animals for slaughter" shall be replaced by "the different categories of bovine animals for slaughter listed in Annex 1 to this Regulation."
5. In Article 1 (3), the words "in the Bulletin of the Ministry of Agriculture 'are replaced by the words" in a way that allows remote access' and the words "in paragraph 2 (e) 'are replaced by the words" in paragraph 2 (d)'.
6. in Paragraph 2 (1), point (b) is deleted;
Points (c) to (e) shall be renumbered (b) to (d).
7. In Paragraph 2 (2), "Article 2 (1) (d) and (e) 'is replaced by" paragraph 1 (c) and (d)'.
8. In Article 3 (1) (c), the words "Article 2 (1) (b) and 'are deleted.
9. Paragraph 3 is deleted.
Paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 3.
10. in Article 3 (3), the words "in the application" shall be inserted after the words "in the application." and points (a) and (b) shall be deleted;
11. in Article 4 (2) (c), "Article 1 (2) (d)" is replaced by "Article 1 (2) (c)";
12. in Paragraph 5 (2), "Article 1 (2) (d)" is replaced by "Article 1 (2) (c)," "points 2 and 3" is replaced by "points 2 to 5" and "Article 1 (2) (c)" is replaced by "Article 1 (2) (b)."
13. in Article 5 (3), "Article 1 (2) (f)" is replaced by "Article 1 (2) (e)";
14. In Annex 1, point 1, the figure "550 'is replaced by" 480'.
15. In Annex 1, points 4 and 5 are added:
"4. Meat of bovine animals, boneless, chilled, converted into live weight by a coefficient of 2,56.
5. Meat of bovine animals, boneless, frozen, converted into live weight by a coefficient of 2,60. '
16. In Annex 2, point 1, "550 'is replaced by" 480'.
17. In Annex No 2, point 3, the following entries 4 and 5 are inserted after entry 3:

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
