on the declaration of minor (local) paths of Silesian Earth Railways.
Under Section 5, paragraph 5 of the Act of 20 May 1937, No. 86 Coll., on Railways (Railway Act), I declare:
The Ministry of Transport, as a railway administration, has previously requested a resolution of the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic pursuant to § 5, paragraph 4 of the Railway Act, that the secondary (local) tracks of the Silesian Land Railways belong with effect from 5 May 1945 to the Small Railways Group.
