DECLARATION
of 27 July 2021
amending Decree No. 29 / 2017 Coll., on Mining and Technical Records
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to Section 29a (8) of Act No. 44 / 1988 Coll., on the Protection and Use of Mineral Wealth (Mining Act), as amended by Act No. 89 / 2016 Coll.:
Decree No. 29 / 2017 Coll., on the Mining and Technical Register, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (1) (f), the words "or, where appropriate, collected" shall be inserted after the words "stored."
2. In Paragraph 2 (2) (c) (8), the comma is replaced by "a 'and point 9 is deleted.
Point 10 is renumbered point 9.
3. in Paragraph 2 (2) (c) (9):
"9th production of unmodified and treated mineral."
4. In Paragraph 2 (2) (d), "and drawing 'is replaced by", drawing, selection, transfer and cancellation'.
5. In Article 2, at the end of paragraph 2, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following points (e) and (f) are added:
"(e) mining costs,
(f) the average market price per unit of the quantity laid down by the Government's regulation governing the rates of remuneration for the obtained minerals, for each of the types of recovered minerals to be paid. ';
6. in Article 2 (3) (a), the words "if known" shall be deleted;
7. In Paragraph 2 (3) (b) (4), the comma is replaced by "a 'and point 5 is deleted.
Point 6 is renumbered point 5.
8. in Article 2 (3) (b) (5):
"5th production of unmodified and treated minerals."
9. Paragraph 2 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) The data referred to in paragraph 2 shall be provided separately for each quarrying area and the data referred to in paragraph 3 shall be provided separately for each deposit of non-reserved minerals for which authorisation has been granted. ';
10. in Article 2 (5), the words "in a way that allows remote access" shall be replaced by the words "on their website."
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 August 2021.
