DECLARATION
of 5 September 2013
amending Decree No. 99 / 2012 Coll., on Minimum Personnel Security Requirements for Health Services
The Ministry of Health provides, pursuant to § 120 of Act No. 372 / 2011 Coll., on health services and the conditions for their provision (Health Services Act), for the implementation of § 11 (4) of the Health Services Act:
Decree No. 99 / 2012 Coll., on minimum staff security requirements for health services, is amended as follows:
1. in Annex 1, Part I B, point 1.8. (a):
"(a) a diabetic or endocrinologist and a diabetic;"
2. In Annex 1, Part IB, point 1.10 (a):
"(a) an endocrinologist or an endocrinologist and a diabetic;"
3. In Annex 1, Part IB, point 1.16 (a):
"(a) haematologist and transfuziologist a."
4. in Annex 1, Part I B, points 1.16.1. and 1.16.2. (a) shall read:
"(a) haematologist and transfuziologist,"
5. In point 1.17 (a) of Part I B of Annex 1, the comma after the word "communal 'is replaced by" or'.
6. In Annex 1, Part IB, the heading of point 1.34 reads:
"1.34. Orthopaedic surgery and trauma of the musculoskeletal system '.
7. In Annex 1, Part I B, the following point 1.35 is inserted after point 1.34:
"1.35. Orthopaedic
(a) orthopaedic prosthetics; and
(b) general nurse or medical assistant, provided that nursing care is provided. ';
Points 1.35 to 1.52.2 shall be renumbered as points 1.36 to 1.53.2.
8. In Annex 1, Part I B, the following point 1.44 is inserted after point 1.43.2:
"1.44. Psychosomatic
(a) psychosomatic; and
(b) general nurse or medical assistant, provided that nursing care is provided. ';
Points 1.44 to 1.53.2 shall be renumbered as points 1.45 to 1.54.2.
9. In Annex 1, Part I B, the following point 1.49 is inserted after point 1.48:
"1.49. Spondylosurgery
(a) spondylosurgeon; and
(b) general nurse or medical assistant, provided that nursing care is provided. ';
Points 1.49 to 1.54.2. shall be renumbered 1.50. to 1.55.2.
10. In Annex 1, Part I B, the following point 1.52.1 is inserted after point 1.52., including the title:
"1.52.1. Onkurology
(a) an onkurologist; and
(b) general nurse or medical assistant, provided that nursing care is provided. ';
11. In Annex No 1, Part II, the words "vascular intervention radiology 'shall be added at the end of the title.
12. In Annex 1, Part II B, the heading of point 7 reads as follows:
"7. Angiography, interventional radiology and vascular interventional radiology."
13. in Annex No 1, Part II B, point 7 (a):
"(a) radiologist, interventionist radiologist, vascular interventionist radiologist, neuroradiologist, pediatric radiologist or angiologist trained in interventional angiology,"
14. in Annex No 1, Part III B, point 3.1 (a):
"(a) a haematologist and a transfusiologist of at least 0,2 time;"
15. in Annex No 1, Part III B, point 5 (a), the word "hematologist" is replaced by the words "hematologist and transfuziologist."
16. In Annex No 2, point 4, at the end of point (b), comma shall be replaced by a semicolon and the words "in small-scale performance, such as selected laparoscopic performances, a physician with specialised competence or specific competence in the field concerned," shall be added.
17. In Annex 3, Part I, point 22, the word "orthopaedic surgery 'is replaced by the words" orthopaedic surgery and trauma to the musculoskeletal tract' and the word "spondylosurgery 'is inserted after the word" burning medicine'.
18. In Annex 3, Part I, point 23, the words "diabetic and endocrinology 'are replaced by the words" endocrinology and diabetes.'
19. In the last sentence of point 1.1.1. of Part II of Annex 3, the word "orthopaedic surgery 'is replaced by the words" orthopaedic surgery and trauma of the musculoskeletal system'.
20. In Annex 3, Part II, point 1.1.5., the word "spondylosurgery," and the word "orthopaedic surgery" shall be replaced by the words "orthopaedic surgery and trauma to the musculoskeletal system."
21. in Annex 3, Part II, point 2.5 (a):
"(a) a haematologist and a transfuziologist of 0,5 time and 0,3 time per bed,"
22. in Annex 3, Part II, points 3.5.1 and 3.5.2, the word "spondylosurgeon" shall be inserted after the word "surgeon," in point (a).
23. In Annex 4, Part I, at the end of point (g), the words "or orthopaedic prosthetics' shall be inserted.
24. In Annex No 4, Part II, the words "or orthopaedic prosthetics' shall be inserted after the words" without professional supervision '.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
