DECLARATION
of 20 August 2012
laying down models of applications and forms used in the exchange of operational information with Member States of the European Union in the framework of police cooperation by the customs authorities of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 68 paragraph 3, § 69 paragraph 3 and § 72 paragraph 3 of Act No. 17 / 2012 Coll., on the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic:
The model for the request for operational information is set out in Annex 1.
The model form for the communication of the required operational information or reasons for which operational information cannot be provided within the statutory time limits or the grounds for refusal to provide operational information within the statutory time limits is set out in Annex 2.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2013.
