DECLARATION
Ministry of Health
of 8 November 1996
declaring other sources of naturally occurring mineral water to be a natural medical source or a source of natural mineral water to be a table
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to Sections 47 and 49 of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of People, as amended by Act No. 161 / 1993 Coll.:
Natural healing resources are claimed
(a) the source IDA II (well S7) situated on the building plot No 61 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Belanoves, the district of Náhod; the natural source of the medicine is natural acid-free, bicarbonate-sulphate, calcium-sodium type, with increased arsenic content, cold, hypotonic;
(b) a source of BJ 6 located on land parcel No 1959 / 2 of the cadastral territory of Bílina, district of Most; the natural source of the medicine is a natural medium mineralized hydrocarbonate-sodium acid type, with increased fluoride content, cold, hypotonic;
(c) a spring of NP 791 situated on land parcel No 3150 / 4 of the cadastral territory of Polanka nad Odrou, Ostrava district; the natural medical source is a natural strongly mineralized, ferrous, iodine mineral water of the chloride-sodium type, with increased lithium, strontium, barium and bromide content, cold, hypertonic;
(d) the source NP 792 located on land parcel No 3099 / 4 of the cadastral territory of Polanka nad Odrou, Ostrava district; the natural medical source is a natural strongly mineralized, ferrous, iodine mineral water of the chloride-sodium type, with increased lithium, strontium, barium and bromide content, cold, hypertonic;
(e) a spring of NP 793 situated on land parcel No 3150 / 4 of the cadastral territory of Polanka nad Odrou, Ostrava district; the natural medical source is a natural strongly mineralized, ferrous, iodine mineral water of the chloride-sodium type, with increased lithium, strontium, barium and bromide content, cold, hypertonic;
(f) a spring of NP 794 situated on plot 3099 / 4 of the cadastral territory of Polanka nad Odrou, Ostrava district; the natural medical source is a natural strongly mineralized, ferrous, iodine mineral water of the chloride-sodium type, with increased lithium, strontium, barium and bromide content, cold, hypertonic;
(g) the source of NP 795 located on plot 3099 / 2 of the cadastral territory of Polanka nad Odrou, Ostrava district; the natural medical source is a natural strongly mineralized, ferrous, iodine mineral water of the chloride-sodium type, with increased lithium, strontium, barium and bromide content, cold, hypertonic;
(h) the spring of NP 796 situated on plot 3099 / 3 of the cadastral territory of Polanka nad Odrou, Ostrava district; the natural medical source is a natural strongly mineralized, ferrous, iodine mineral water of the chloride-sodium type, with increased lithium, strontium, barium and bromide content, cold, hypertonic;
(i) the spring of NP 797 situated on plot 3099 / 2 of the cadastral territory of Polanka nad Odrou, Ostrava district; the natural medical source is a natural strongly mineralized, ferrous, iodine mineral water of the chloride-sodium type, with increased lithium, strontium, barium and bromide content, cold, hypertonic;
(j) the source NP 798 located on land parcel No 3099 / 3 of the cadastral territory of Polanka nad Odrou, Ostrava district; the natural medical source is a natural strongly mineralized, ferrous, iodine mineral water of the chloride-sodium type, with increased lithium, strontium, barium and bromide content, cold, hypertonic;
(l) the spring of Karolina II (BJ 30) situated on plot 78 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Mariánska Lazne, district Cheb; the natural source of medicine is a natural weakly mineralised ferric acid bicarbonate sulphate, magnesium-sodium calcium type with increased silica acid content, cold, hypotonic;
(m) the source Karolina III (BJ 31) situated on plot 78 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Mariánské Lazne, district Cheb; the natural source of medicine is a natural weakly mineralized ferric acid bicarbonate sulphate, sodium magnesium calcium type with increased silica acid content, cold, hypotonic;
(n) the spring of NP 536 situated on plot No 3349 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Rožnov pod Radhostí, the district of Vsetín; The natural source of the medicine is natural, strongly mineralized, ferrous, iodine mineral water of the chloride-sodium type, with increased content of strontium, barium and bromide, cold, hypertonic.
Natural mineral waters of table are declared
(a) the source of Perla Czech II (HJ 3) located on the plot 2499 of the cadastral territory of Pramena, district of Cheb; the natural source of table mineral water is a natural weakly mineralized ferric acid of the bicarbonate, magnesium-calcium type with increased silica acid content, cold, hypotonic;
(b) the source of Perla Czech III (HJ 3a) located on plot 2499 of the cadastral territory of Prameny, district of Cheb; the natural source of table mineral water is a natural weakly mineralized ferric acid of the bicarbonate, magnesium-calcium type with increased silica acid content, cold, hypotonic;
(c) a source of BJ 12 situated on plot 638 / 3 of the cadastral territory of the Seven Courts, the district of Bruntál; the natural source of table mineral water is a natural weakly mineralized ferric acid, bicarbonate, calcium type with increased silica, cold, hypotonic;
(d) the source BJ 5 located on plot 103 / 2 of the cadastral territory of Bøvana, the district of Louny; the natural source of table mineral water is the natural weakly mineralized acid of bicarbonate-sulphate, sodium-calcium-magnesium type with increased fluorides, cold, hypotonic;
(e) the source Luční acidka (HV-2) located on land parcel No 2831 / 1 of the cadastral territory of the Spa Kynžvart, district Cheb; the natural source of table mineral water is the natural free acid of bicarbonate, magnesium-calcium type, cold, hypotonic;
(f) source HJ 4 situated on plot 520 of the cadastral territory of Bražec 2, Karlovy Vary district; the natural source of table mineral water is the natural weakly mineralised acid of the bicarbonate, the calcium-magnesium type with increased silica acid content, cold, hypotonic;
(g) the source HJ 5 located on land parcel No 8 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Bražec 2, Karlovy Vary district; the natural source of table mineral water is the natural weakly mineralised acid of the bicarbonate, the calcium-magnesium type with increased silica acid content, cold, hypotonic;
(h) source HJ 6 located on plot 8 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Bražec 2, Karlovy Vary district; The natural source of table mineral water is a natural weakly mineralized acid bicarbonate, calcium-magnesium type with increased silica acid content, cold, hypotonic.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
