on the declaration of a minimum wage, the lowest levels of guaranteed salary and the margin of the work allowance in a difficult working environment for 2025
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs declares:
1. pursuant to Article 111 (7) (b) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 230 / 2024 Coll., the minimum wage for 2025. For a fixed weekly working period of 40 hours, the monthly minimum wage is CZK 20 800 and the hourly minimum wage is CZK 124.40;
2. pursuant to Article 112 (4) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 230 / 2024 Coll., the lowest level of guaranteed salary for 2025. The lowest guaranteed salary for a fixed weekly working period shall be 40 hours:

3. pursuant to Article 128 (3) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 230 / 2024 Coll., the margin of the amount of the supplement for work in a difficult working environment for 2025. The margin of the surcharge for working in a difficult working environment is between CZK 1,040 and CZK 3,120 per month.
