DECLARATION
of 5 September 2016
amending Decree No. 301 / 2013 Coll., laying down the method of external designation of Military Police and Military Police, the model of service card and the colour and marking of transport and special vehicles Military Police
According to § 55 of Act No. 300 / 2013 Coll., on Military Police and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Military Police):
Decree No 301 / 2013 Coll., establishing the method of external designation of Military Police and Military Police, model of service card and colour design and identification of means of transport and special vehicles Military Police, is hereby amended as follows:
1. At the end of the text of the heading § 2, the words "or civil clothing in service 'shall be added.
2. in Article 2 (2) (a):
"(a) a black-coloured sleeve character in the shape of a rectangle on which silver letters" VP "are placed centrally throughout the whole area of the character; the pattern of the sleeve character is set out in Annex 4 to this Decree; and ';
3. in Paragraph 2 (3) (a):
"(a) in operational deployment outside the territory of the Czech Republic, silver letters" MP "are placed centrally on the sleeve of a black colour in the shape of a rectangle throughout the area of the emblem; The model of the sleeve character in the military police operation outside the Czech Republic is set out in Annex 6 to this decree, or '.
4. Paragraph 2 (5) is deleted.
Paragraph 6 shall become paragraph 5.
5. In Article 2, the following paragraph 6 is added:
"(6) A black sleeve shall be used for the external designation of a military police officer when serving in civil clothing, on which the words" MILITARY POLICE 'are placed in yellow. a pattern of sleeve tape is given in Annex 13 to this Decree. The sleeve is placed on the left upper arm of a military officer. "
6. The following Section 2a and 2b are inserted after Section 2, including the headings:
Other equipment components
(1) Other equipment components may be used for the uniform or uniform in green or beige printing provided for in paragraphs 1 to 3 of Article 2:
(a) tactical vest,
(b) reflective vest,
(c) high visibility clothing complying with the requirements laid down by Czech Technical Standard CSN EN ISO 20471 of 1 October 2013 "High visibility clothing - Test methods and requirements"; or
(d) a protective device.
(2) Other equipment components shall bear an evaluation mark, an identification number and on a black background,
(a) in yellow or silver letters "VP" or "MP"; or
(b) the yellow or silver inscription "MILITARY POLICE."
(3) Reflecting vests or suits with high visibility are yellow and green with silver reflective stripes and yellow inscription "MILITARY POLICE" on a black background. Reflecting vests or high visibility garments shall bear the identification marks referred to in paragraph 2. If military officers are involved in the task of NATO military police, they use orange-coloured reflective vests with silver reflective stripes and silver inscription "MILITARY POLICE" on the black background. The model of the reflective vest is given in Annex 8 and the model of the high visibility garment is given in Annex 8a to this decree.
Labelling of the coating as part of the service uniform in black
Where the service uniform of a military policeman includes a coat of paint with long or short sleeves in black, it shall bear the identification marks referred to in Article 2a (2). In this case, the appropriate marking and identification number shall be placed visibly on the right side of the chest of a military officer. ';
7. Paragraph 4 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) The model of the Military Police emblem is set out in Annex 10 to this Order."
8. In Article 4, the following paragraphs 6 and 7 are inserted after paragraph 5:
"(6) The colour and marking of the vehicles of the Military Police is shown in Annex 11 to this Decree. The colour and marking of the vehicles of the Military Police may be reflective or supplemented with reflective elements.
(7) In the operation of the Military Police outside the Czech Republic, vehicles of the Military Police may be marked in a foreign language according to local requirements. '
Paragraph 6 shall become paragraph 8.
9. In Paragraph 4 (8), "5 'is replaced by" 7'.
10. Annex 4 shall read as follows:

Transitional provisions
1. Until 31 December 2018, a sleeve cover, a model of which is shown in Annexes 4 and 6 to Decree No 301 / 2013 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, may be used to identify an external military police officer.
2. The colour and marking of the means of transport of the Military Police, which allows the use of Decree No. 301 / 2013 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of the Decree, until 31 December 2018, may be used until 31 December 2022.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
