DECLARATION
of 5 September 2013
amending Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., on specialisation training of doctors, dental practitioners and pharmacists and on certified courses, as amended by Decree No. 361 / 2010 Coll.
According to § 37 (1) (a) and (g) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the medical profession of physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended by Act No. 189 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., on specialisation training of doctors, dental practitioners and pharmacists and on certified courses, as amended by Decree No. 361 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:

Transitional provisions
1. Physicians who, on the date of the entry into force of this decree into the field of education in the field of angiology, of children's and adolescent psychiatry and of the field of superstructure of urgent medicine under Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this decree, complete the training under Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective until the date of entry into force of this decree.
2. Physicians who, before the date of entry into force of this decree, have acquired specialised competence in orthopedia under Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this decree, shall be deemed to have specialised competence in orthopedia and trauma to the musculoskeletal system under Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this decree.
3. Physicians who, after the date of entry into force of this decree, successfully complete the examination examination of specialist training in orthopaedic surgery according to the training programme published before the date of entry into force of this decree, shall be considered as doctors with specialised competence in orthopaedic surgery and trauma of the movement system under Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this decree.
4. Physicians who, prior to the date of entry into force of this Decree, have acquired specialised competence in the field of diabetes and endocrinology pursuant to Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Decree, shall be deemed to have specialised competence in the field of endocrinology and diabetes, as defined in Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Decree.
5. Physicians who, after the date of entry into force of this decree, successfully complete the test examination of specialist education in the field of diabetes and endocrine studies according to the curriculum published before the date of entry into force of this decree, shall be regarded as having specialised competence in the field of endocrine and diabetic sciences under Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this decree.
6. Physicians who have acquired specialised competence in the field of hematology and transfusion medicine under Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, shall be deemed to have been qualified by the haematologist and transfuziologist under Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of the Order.
7. Physicians who, after the date of entry into force of this Decree, have successfully completed the examination examination of specialist education in the field of hematology and transfusion medicine according to the training programme published before the date of entry into force of this Decree, shall be considered as doctors with a designation of competence of the hematologist and transfusiologist in accordance with Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of the Decree.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
