The Constitutional Court decided on 10 August 2010 in plenary in the composition of František Duchoň (Judge Rapporteur), Vlasta Formanková, Vojen Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Ivan Janů, Vladimir Krůk, Dagmar Lastovecká, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodým, Pavel Rychetský, Miloslav Excellent and Eliška Wagner on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior to abolish Article 8 (2) of the General Decree of the Statutory City of Hradec Králové No 8 / 2007 and No 3 / 2008 on the local fee for the operation of the system of the collection, transport, transport, recovery, recovery and disposal and disposal of municipal waste, in the version of Article 8 (2) of the Second Decree, ", No 8 (2), No 8 / 2005, No 11 / 2006, No 4 / 2007, and No 3 / 2008, in the Additional Decree,";
as follows:
Article 8 (2) of Decree-Law No 8 / 2003 of the Statutory City of Hradec Králové on the local charge for the operation of the system of collection, collection, transport, sorting, recovery and disposal of municipal waste, as amended by general binding Decisions No 18 / 2004, No 8 / 2005, No 11 / 2006, No 4 / 2007 and No 3 / 2008, shall be deleted in the words "or by an additional payment scale or by a collective regulatory list 'on the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Acts.
