On 22 April 2008, the Constitutional Court held a decision in plenary, composed of the President of the Court of Paul Rychetský and the Judges Stanislav Balík, František Duchona, Vlasta Formankova, Ivana Janů, Vladimir Krórka, Dagmar Lastovecký, Jiří Muchy, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodým, Miloslav Excellent and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior to repeal the generally binding Decree of the Municipality of Kořenov No 2 / 2004 on ensuring and maintaining the purity of public spaces and public greens and the provision of local public order in connection with the breeding and possession of dogs in the territory of Kořenov
as follows:
I. Article 3 (a) of Decree No 2 / 2004 of the Municipality of Kořenov No 2 / 2004 in the words "except for areas for which the municipality does not have a right of ownership ', Article 3 (b) in the words" the premises of local cemeteries' and Article 6 (2) of the same decree are deleted.
II. The remainder is rejected.
