pursuant to Paragraph 123 (2) of the Labour Code (full text No 52 / 1989 Coll.), in an agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Committee of the Union of Workers of Money and Insurance, issued the Decree of 6 June 1990 No VIII / 2 - 10 926 / 90 on the remuneration of professional staff of the Investment Bank.
The proceeds shall take effect on the date of publication of this notice in the Collection of Laws. The proceeds of the Federal Ministry of Finance dated 1 December 1989 No VIII / 2 - 20 391 / 89 (reg. 34 / 1989 Coll.) were abolished. The proceeds can be consulted at the Investment Bank, the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
