amending Act No. 250 / 2016 Coll., on Liability for Infringements and Proceedings, as amended by Act No. 173 / 2018 Coll., and Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on Road Traffic and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Road Traffic Act), as amended

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

ČÁST PRVNÍ

Amendment of the Liability and Procedure Act

Čl. I

Act No. 250 / 2016 Coll., on Liability for Infringements and Proceedings, as amended by Act No. 173 / 2018 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. The heading of Section 91 reads:

"Saving a fine by an on-the-spot order."

2. In Paragraph 91 (1), the first sentence is replaced by the following: "The administrative authority may, by an on-the-spot order, impose only a fine if the agreement and the defendant or the person acting as an accused person, who is a legal or commercial natural person, agrees to the situation established, the legal qualifications of the action, the imposition of the fine and its amount and the issuing of the order block."

3. In Paragraph 91 (2) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the words "reminder or fine 'are replaced by the words" fine'.

Amendment of the Road Traffic Act

Čl. II

In Article 125c (7) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended by Act No. 133 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2016 Coll., Act No. 183 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 199 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 193 / 2018 Coll., in the introductory part of the provision, the words "the fine is imposed 'are replaced by the words" the fine may be imposed'.
