DECLARATION
of 5 September 2016
amending Decree No. 217 / 2010 Coll., establishing the qualification conditions for the professional classification of professional soldiers, as amended by Decree No. 131 / 2012 Coll.
According to § 3 (2) (b) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll.:
Decree No. 217 / 2010 Coll., on the establishment of qualification conditions for the professional classification of professional soldiers, as amended by Decree No. 131 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (2) (b), the words "with the rank of Corporal and Sergeant" shall be deleted;
2. in Article 1 (2), point (c) shall be deleted;
Points (d) to (g) shall be renumbered (c) to (f).
3. in Article 1 (3), "(e) and (f) 'is replaced by" (d) and (e)';
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
