DECLARATION
of 20 September 2011
amending Decree No. 345 / 2002 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Coll., laying down measuring instruments for compulsory verification and measuring instruments subject to type approval, as amended
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to Section 27 of Act No. 505 / 1990 Coll., on Metrology, as amended by Act No. 119 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 137 / 2002 Coll., for implementation of Sections 3 (3) and 6 (1):
Decree No 345 / 2002 Coll., laying down measuring instruments for compulsory verification and measuring instruments subject to type approval, as amended by Decree No 65 / 2006 Coll., Decree No 259 / 2007 Coll. and Decree No 204 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 2, the words "tensioning sets on pretension concrete and rock anchors' shall be inserted after the words" equipped, '.
2. in the Annex, entry 1.3.9, the following point (e) is added:
| „e) | vodoměry na studenou a teplou vodu, používané pouze k rozúčtování nákladů | |
| konečným spotřebitelům | 5 roků“. |
3. In the Annex, item 1.3.10 (d) reads:
"(d) gas quantity convertors *)
| 1. kompaktní | 5 roků | |
| 2. kombinované: | A) vyhodnocovací jednotka | 5 roků |
| B) snímač teploty | 4 roky | |
| C) snímač tlaku | 2 roky. |
*) Validity periods shall be valid provided that the convertors are gas quantities subject to a regular reduced test with a period of validity of 1 year. '
4. In the Annex to point 2.3.1 (a), the word "(contact) 'is deleted and in the Annex to point 2.3.1 (b) is deleted.
5. in the Annex, point 4.1.2 (a) shall read:
| „a) | pro měření elektrické energie v přímém zapojení | 16 roků*) |
*) If the inductive electrometers of the specified set have subsequently been checked in bulk on the basis of a satisfactory result of the statistical selection test carried out, the period of validity of the subsequent verification of the electrometers of that set shall be determined for 4 years. "
6. in the Annex, point 4.1.3 (a) shall read:
| „a) | pro měření elektrické energie v přímém zapojení | 12 roků*) |
*) If the static electrometers of the specified set have subsequently been checked in bulk, based on the satisfactory result of the statistical sample test performed, the period of validity of the subsequent verification of the electrometers of that set shall be determined for 4 years. "
Transitional provision
Verification of water meters according to existing legislation remains valid for the period for which these water meters have been verified.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2012.
