DECLARATION
of 30 September 2010
amending Decree No 352 / 2005 Coll., on the details of the management and financing of electrical equipment and electrical waste (Ordinance on the management of electrical equipment and electrical waste), as amended by Decree No 65 / 2010 Coll.
In agreement with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of the Environment provides, pursuant to § 37j (5) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on Waste and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 7 / 2005 Coll.:
Point 10 of Annex 5 to Decree No 352 / 2005 Coll., on details of the management and financing of electrical equipment and electrical waste (Ordinance on the Management of Electrical Equipment and Electrical Waste), as amended by Decree No 65 / 2010 Coll., reads as follows:
"10. Cadmium in light diodes (LED) II-VI converting colour (< 10 μg Cd / mm2 light emitting surface) for use in semiconductor lighting or visualisation systems by 1 July 2014. '
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 2010.
