COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 4 June 2006
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1.5.2006 and 31.5.2006:
1. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 16 March 2006 for the period 1 April 2006 to 31 March 2009) concluded between
Union of postal, telecommunications and newspaper staff
and
The Czech Union of Posts Employers, Telecommunications and Press Distribution.
2. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 25 April 2006 for the period 1 May 2006 to 31 December 2006) concluded between
Association of employers of wood-working industries
and
Trade union of workers of woodworking industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic.
