amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the Czech Government, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central government bodies of the Czech Republic, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 34 / 1970 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 60 / 1988 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 173 / 1989 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 239 / 1992 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 288 / 1991 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 305 / 1992 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 173 / 1991 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 283 / 1991 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 305 / 1992 Coll.
Article 11 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The Ministry of Justice is a central body of state administration for courts and prosecutors."
Article 11 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The Ministry of Justice issues legal opinions on credit and guarantee agreements in which the Czech Republic is a party. '
Paragraph 2 shall become paragraph 3.
3. in Article 16 (1), point (d) shall be deleted;
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1994.
