The Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that on 25 May 1990, the Agreement between the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on the posting of Czechoslovak workers from companies based in the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic to employment was signed on the basis of work contracts.
The Agreement entered into force on 25 May 1990 pursuant to Article 12 (1) thereof.
The text of the Agreement can be consulted at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade.
