GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 December 1949
supplementing the rules on the levy on entertainment in Slovakia *)
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 37, § 2 of the Act of 12 August 1921, No 329 Coll., on the transitional arrangements for the financial economy of municipalities, and § 2, § 1 of the Act of 19 July 1948, No 209 Coll., on transitional arrangements in the field of municipal benefits and charges:
The rules on the collection of benefit from entertainment, referred to in Title II, No II of the Decree of 31 December 1940, No 3 of the 1941 Treaty, declaring binding rules on the collection of compulsory municipal benefits, as amended by the Decree of 14 May 1948, No 803 Ú. v., shall be supplemented by the following additional provisions:
(1) The charge for showing films is for each ticket included in the price
| a) do 5 Kčs | 50 h, |
| b) nad 5 Kčs do 10 Kčs | 1.— Kčs, |
| c) nad 10 Kčs | 1.50 Kčs. |
(2) If both the production of films and the organisation of other types subject to the levy are carried out, the levy shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of § 7 (1). "
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1950; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance in agreement with the Minister for the Interior.
