GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 September 2024
increasing the special contribution to the pension
The Government hereby mandates, pursuant to Article 6 (4) of Act No. 357 / 2005 Coll., on the award of participants in the national struggle for the creation and liberation of Czechoslovakia and of some survivors, on a special contribution to the pension of certain persons, on a lump sum of some of the participants in the national struggle for liberation between 1939 and 1945 and on the amendment of certain laws, hereinafter referred to as "the Act":
The amount of the special pension allowance shall be:
(a) for the creditor referred to in § 5 (1) (a) and (c) of the Act, the amount of CZK 2 985 per month;
(b) for the creditor referred to in § 5 (1) (b) of the Act and the widow or widower referred to in § 5 (2) of the Act, the amount of CZK 1,493 per month.
The special pension allowance granted from the date before 1 January 2025 shall be paid at the rate specified in Article 1 from the payment of the pension due after 31 December 2024.
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
