GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 September 2010
amending Government Decree No. 172 / 2006 Coll., establishing the value of the control tape intended to mark alcohol produced in the tax territory of the Czech Republic or in the tax territory of the Czech Republic imported
The Government orders pursuant to § 5 (4) of Act No. 676 / 2004 Coll., on compulsory marking of alcohol and amending Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on income taxes, as amended:
In § 1 of Decree No. 172 / 2006 Coll., on the determination of the value of the control tape intended to mark alcohol produced in the tax territory of the Czech Republic or in the tax territory of the Czech Republic imported, the amount "0,33 CZK" is replaced by "0,40 CZK."
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2011.
