fixing the flat-rate amount for taking action by the customs office
According to Section 7 (2) of Act No. 191 / 1999 Coll., the Ministry of Finance provides for measures concerning the import, export and re-export of goods infringing certain intellectual property rights and amending certain other laws:
The flat-rate amount for taking action by the customs office is CZK 100.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 1999.
