COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that on 24 October 1996 the Agreement between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and the Federal Ministry of Environment, Nature Protection and Safety of the Federal Republic of Germany's reactors was signed in Bonn on the implementation of a joint pilot project to protect the environment "Reduction of Waste Water Pollution of the Association for Chemical and Metal Production, a. s., Ústí nad Labem caused by organically bound halogens."
The Agreement entered into force on the date of signature on the basis of Article 5 thereof.
The text of the Agreement can be consulted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
