Order of the Minister for Finance
of 22 December 1948
determining the beginning of the application of the General Tax Act.
The Minister of Finance hereby orders pursuant to Paragraph 40 of the Act of 21 December 1948, No 283 Coll., on General Tax:
Act No. 283 / 1948 Coll. takes effect on 1 January 1949 with the exception of the provisions of Sections 28 to 30 and Sections 37 and 38, which take effect on 24 December 1948.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
