GOVERNMENT REGULATION

on the establishment of State Budget resources pursuant to Section 28 (3) of the Act on Supported Energy Sources for 2016
The Government orders the implementation of § 28 paragraph 3 of Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Sources and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 310 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 90 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll.:
State Budget Funds
The resources of the state budget under Section 28 (3) of the Act on Supported Energy Sources for 2016 amount to CZK 21 965 000 000.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2016.
