amending Decree No. 111 / 1993 Coll., on the issue of coins after 20 CZK of model 1993, on the expiry of banknotes after 20 CZK and 50 CZK respectively
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No. 111 / 1993 Coll., on the issue of coins of CZK 20 model 1993, on the expiry of banknotes of CZK 20 and CZK 50 respectively, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1), the second sentence is replaced by the following: "The alloy and 20 crown edges are galvanically plated with an alloy containing 700 copper parts and 300 zinc parts."
2. In Paragraph 2 (2), the second sentence is replaced by the following: "In the composition of metal at plating, a tolerance of up and down is permitted and in the composition of metal at galvanic plating is allowed in the composition of metal at the top and down 10%."
Transitional provision
All coins of 20 CZK model 1993 issued before the date of entry into force of this decree remain valid.
Efficacy
This Decree takes effect on 3 September 2012.
