GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 29 September 2010
determining, for the purposes of pension insurance, the amount of the general assessment basis for 2009 and the amount of the conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment basis for 2009 and the amounts for the determination of the calculation basis
The Government orders pursuant to § 17 paragraphs 2 and 4 and § 107 paragraph 2 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 353 / 2001 Coll.:
The general assessment basis for 2009 amounts to CZK 24 091.
The conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment base for 2009 shall be 1,0269.
The amounts for establishing the calculation basis referred to in § 15 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll. and last increased by Decree No. 365 / 2008 Coll. are increased as follows:
(a) the amounts of CZK 10500 are increased to CZK 11,000,
b) Amounts of CZK 27,000 are increased to CZK 28200.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2011.
