Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No 282 / 2021 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, states that Appendix 2 Collective contracts of a higher degree for 2019 - 2024, which was concluded on 31 March 2021 between the higher trade union bodies - Trade union Construction of the Czech Republic and trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia, and the employers' organisations - Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication, and for other employers with predominant activity in sectors marked by the classification of economic activities CZ - NACE 08.1, 16.23, 22.23, 23.2, 23.3, 23.5, 23.6, 23.9, 41, 42 and 43.
